This place suits me perfectly. The staff are friendly and helped me with a phone charger during my first stay. I love the restaurant, Wi-Fi, and the bar area. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxed stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room really impressed me with its cleanliness and the view of the lake. I loved waking up to that sight! The breakfast was generous, with plenty of delicious options to start my day. Located right in the centre of Volendam, it made exploring the village super easy. The staff were always friendly and eager to help, especially the young man who spoke Thai. the noise was quite bothersome at night. I could hear laughter from adjacent rooms and some street noise. The steep stairs posed a challenge with my luggage, but the staff assisted me, which was appreciated. A coffee machine in the room would have been a great addition, especially after a long night of travel.

Captivating views and friendly vibes

The location right by the harbor is unbeatable, making our stay magical. The staff were always welcoming, adding to the delightful atmosphere. Breakfast had a lovely spread, perfect for fueling our adventures in Volendam.

While the room was clean and comfortable, I found it a bit small for two. Noise from outside was noticeable at times but didn't majorly interrupt our sleep.
